On Saturday, October 1st, Beta Upsilon hosted a carnival event in the SAC Gym. Activities and attractions included a mechanical bull, moonbounce, bungee run, speed pitch, mechanical surfboard, inflatable boxing ring, speed pitch, balloon darts, cornhole, popcorn, cotton candy, lemonade, a cupcake eating competition, three live BU bands and a BU DJ. This event not only attracted current students, but also local alumni and their families. Despite having to move the event indoors due to inclement weather, the event was still a blast and raised over $700 for Alzheimer’s Research.
